Thus reducing time spent searching for hardware drawings and measurements that may be outdated. Line of Sight Surveys An obstruction, something as simple as a tree, can cause issues with mobile signal coverage. Therefore, proof of Line-of-Sight (LoS) verification with an accompanying report is crucial. By utilising high-powered LED lighting on RTK UAVs and sophisticated zoom cameras, towers no longer need to be climbed by personnel. This removes the risk of injury and reduces the cost of testing the line of sight for telecoms masts. The outdated method of sending a surveyor up a cherry picker has now been replaced with sending a drone up in the air to carry out the Line of Sight inspection remotely.
